CITY OF CARNATION BIENNIAL BUDGET 

Beginning with the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget, the City of Carnation will start adopting two-year budgets, or Biennial Budgets.  By planning for two year periods, the City wishes to exercise better control and improved forecasting.
